Casa Sylvia wasn’t bought — it was built. Over 12 months, our family renovated and transformed this home with our own hands. Every detail has meaning. Every corner has a memory. Our children helped paint, clean, and prepare the house. It became a family project, and now it’s a home we’re proud to share with guests.

Casa Sylvia is more than a holiday rental to us — it’s a project that took 12 months of planning, work and passion. Together with Christina, we transformed this frontline townhouse into the kind of place we’d want to stay in ourselves.

Our children were involved every step of the way. They helped choose colours, explored the resort, and watched the house come to life — so when your family stays here, you’re staying somewhere that already holds happy family memories.

We personally handle every enquiry, every booking and every detail of your stay. Because this is our home, we care deeply that you feel welcome, comfortable and looked after from the moment you arrive.
