Booking Made Simple
How booking Casa Sylvia works
Six clear steps from first enquiry to picking up the keys — no hidden fees, no surprises.
1. Check your dates
Open the live availability calendar and pick your check-in and check-out dates. The calendar is synced daily with Airbnb and Vrbo, so anything shown as free really is free.
View availability →2. Send your enquiry
Tell us your dates, party size and anything you need — golf, transfers, cot or high chair. It takes under a minute and costs nothing. No card details are taken at this stage.
Send an enquiry →3. We confirm and hold your dates
We usually reply the same day with a final quote. Once we approve your enquiry, your dates are held for 24 hours and you receive a secure payment link by email.
4. Pay a 25% deposit to secure the booking
For stays more than 30 days away you pay a 25% non-refundable deposit now. Booking inside 30 days? The full amount is due at confirmation. Payment is handled securely by Stripe — we never see your card details.
5. Balance 30 days before arrival
We email you a second secure link for the remaining balance, due 30 days before check-in. Nothing is charged automatically.
6. Security hold and check-in
Three days before arrival we ask you to save a card for the €250 security deposit. No money is taken — your bank holds the amount from 2 days before check-in and releases it within 7 days of check-out. Your arrival pack (door codes, wristbands, parking, Pool 16 directions, tee times) follows. Check-in from 3:00 PM.
Payments, deposits and cancellations
- 25% non-refundable booking deposit secures your dates; the balance is due 30 days before arrival.
- Cancel 3 or more days before arrival and any balance already paid is refunded in full — only the deposit is retained.
- Cancellations less than 3 days before arrival: no refund at all, as the dates can no longer be re-let.
- The €250 security deposit is never charged — it is a temporary card hold, released within 7 days of check-out subject to inspection.
- If the balance stays unpaid, dates may be released so they can be re-let.
